Meet Tim
I work with borrowers from start to finish, whether with a home purchase or mortgage refinance. I also work to educate clients about their different mortgage options. I enjoy working with clients and helping make their dreams of home ownership come true.
I grew up in Belleview, Missouri and graduated from Arcadia Valley High School. I am very active in my community serving on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Ironton, a member of the Arcadia Valley R-2 School Board of Education, and on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Economic Development Fund (SEED$). You will also often see me coaching my daughter's summer league softball and youth basketball teams. I have dual careers, as I am also the Coroner for Iron County.
Community service is a big part of my family's life, much like community banks are a big part of the success of our local economy.
